Hand picked and sourced entirely from our single vineyard in Gibbston, a selected parcel of this wine was fermented in French oak to give added complexity and mouthfeel.
Fresh and zesty this Sauvignon Blanc boasts a lifted nose of elderflower and flowering currant. Flavours of green gooseberries and lemon balm are layered by guava and passionfruit on the palate. The finish shows an intense minerality typical of the Coal Pit Vineyard, allowing many versatile food matches.
