2022 Bendigo Pinot Noir is opulent and rich. The Artisan Series Bendigo has lifted aromatics of bramble fruit and oriental florals, while a hint of dusty cocoa pay homage to the sub region of Bendigo. With a hightones of warming kirsch influenced by the 100% whole bunch practice, the palate is rich with peonies, wild red berries and Christmas cake spice and a delicate quality to the layered tannin structure is apparent.
